What is Theft and Larceny?

Larceny and theft is the taking of another's property with the intent to permanently deprive the person of their property.

To meet the legal definition of larceny or a theft. The #accused must meet all the elements of theft and larceny which includes gathering all of the evidence to determine if a larceny has taken place.

What is Malicious Prosecution?

Malicious Prosecution is the intentional act of causing someone to be incarcerated.
