What is Unjust Enrichment?

Unfair Giving:

An unjust enrichment is an unfair giving, or an unjust enrichment. Unjust enrichment has different elements.

One element that has to take place is a benefit conferred on a party. (a something of benefit)

The second element is there has to be a knowledge of this benefit. The person has to accept the benefit and retain it and refuse to give it back.
